Get all five fingers together to touch each other to perform this mudra.

Hold the tip of fingers facing to the sky.

 

 


Rules
&Tips:

  • Mudra can be done any time any where, except immediately after big meal.
  • Hold mudra both left and right hand at the same time.
  • Hold mudras for 10 to 15 mins each. u can hold each mudra for up to 45 mins to benefit too.
