- Reduce mobile time especially the reels. They prevent you from doing what’s actually needed.
- Socialise as often.
- Spend time by your self alone which means no mobile for that time too. start with one hour and increase that time to a day if possible. Go and sit by your self near a beach, mountain or terrace of your building n just be you and your breath.
- Remind yourself to Smile as often SMILE TO YOUR SELF, SMILE TO YOUR FAMILY MEMBER, TO STRANGERS YOUR COLLEAGUES . No matter what crisis we are going thru they are part of our life. Who said you shouldn’t smile in difficult times in fact it helps.
- Write what you feel, write what u need to do, write what you want. It helps us bring back on track.
- Be nice to yourself. Don’t forget to love yourself and take care of it only you can do justice to yourself.
- Meditate, watch your breath.
