How to make the solution?
Take a glass of drinking room temperature water, add only a small pinch of baking soda to it and dissolve it well and
immediately consume it. You will see results and relief from day one.
Please Note: A small pinch of baking soda is enough, kindly refrain from adding more as it can give you nausea all day long.
