How to practice Akash mudra
Place the tip of the middle finger on the tip of the thumb. Generate gentle pressure just about many may feel pulsing at the tips. need not press the fingers very hard against each other. Hold mudra with both hands. To gain therapeutic effect practice mudra for 15 – 45 mins daily increase duration gradually.
Contraindication
Those suffering from vata dosha (Airy Element ) that is when this element is high in the body, Aakash Mudra should be avoided.
