Benefits– This mudra helps remove stomach disorders, dryness of skin, purifies blood, helps to keep young n glowing, helps to maintain good relationship.

My Personal Experience: while conducting exercise sessions if incase any one complains of cramp in their calf, thighs or abdominal muscle, I have asked them to hold this mudra and by 10 secs and more they have actually witnessed the cramp subsiding any thing between 10 secs to 1 minute.  mostly the reason  behind getting cramps while working out , swimming or sleeping could be  due to low water level in your body. This mudra boost water element to heal the body.

 

Rules &Tips:
  • Mudra can be done any time any where, except immediately after big meal.
  • Hold mudra both left and right hand at the same time
  • Hold mudras for 10 to 15 mins each. u can hold each mudra for up to 45 mins to benefit too.
