Surya mudra: Fire Element-Place the tip of the ring finger at the bottom of the thumb and gently press the   thumb on mid part of middle finger. other three fingers stretched straight.

Benefits- This mudra helps to reduce weight, cures disease like asthma, T.B., Pneumonia, cold, sinus, and thyroid.

 

Contraindications- If have high BP, acidity or stomach ulcer etc. or  perform only under the guidance of the trainer.

My Personal Experience: one may feel reflux after holing mudra for about 10 minutes. One may notice the change in the energy compared to before from day one. one may feel more charged and enthusiastic through out the day.

Rules &Tips:
  • Mudra can be done any time any where, except immediately after big meal.
  • Hold mudra both left and right hand at the same time
  • Hold mudras for 10 to 15 mins each. u can hold each mudra for up to 45 mins to benefit too.
