whats Mudra?
Mudra in Sanskrit means “seal”. Iin mudra fingers connect with each other to form a symbolic representation of energy. As we lock fingers or hands or even body in certain way we allow the flow of energy to play its role on our body as well as on moods. Mudra is not just Asian healing therapy but its used world wide.
Initially when I was learning about mudras while perusing Diploma in Nature cure and Yogic Science, I almost over looked on mudras. But when I started practicing chakra meditation with mudras that’s when I experienced the power of mudra and ever since I started incorporating in exercise routine while conducting work out session for me as well as my clients.
Mudras work on both psychosomatic conditions. I am practicing mudra for almost a decade now. It has not just brought physical and mental wellbeing to me but taken me on a spiritual journey of wellness converting my thought process and behaviorism from lower vibrations to higher vibrations now. Of course this wasn’t just because of mudra practice, but it certainly got many coincidences of meeting and getting guidance from wise and blessed souls.
I then started to practice mudras more often and included in my walking time. It kept me energized pepped up and at the same time more calm and patient digestive system improved. that’s when i thought why not introduce it to as many.
There are many mudras, but I would like to introduce a few mudras here that can make life changing benefits to you.
Every thing in this universe works on the concept of five elements i.e. earth, water, fire, air, and space. One can see these energies in any and every thing be it living, or a non living object. activation of these energies in our body can really help us to keep us healthy physically and mentally. Universe has given our body power to heal it self, practicing mudra is one of the ways. As u practice you will be amazed to see the effect of mudras right from the day one.
The list of mudras which can impact on the panchamahabhutas (five elements) to balance these energies. practicing these mudras while walking can give you dual benefits of both mudra and of walk.

Rules &Tips:
- Mudra can be done any time any where, except immediately after big meal.
- Hold mudra both left and right hand at the same time
- Hold mudras for 10 to 15 mins each. u can hold each mudra for up to 45 mins to benefit too.
