Udan Mudra- Space Element-
Tip of index finger should touch tip of thumb and middle finger should rest on index finger rest of the fingers straight n relaxed.
Benefits: Thyroid related diseases; helps purify thoughts, helps in progress of meditation.
Rules &Tips:
- Mudra can be done any time any where, except immediately after big meal.
- Hold mudra both left and right hand at the same time
- Hold mudras for 10 to 15 mins each. u can hold each mudra for up to 45 mins to benefit too.
